If you want to create the look of fresh flowers in water, we recommend using water resin. Water resin can be difficult to use so we recommend placing an order for your bouquet to be set in a vase and we’ll do the work for you, ensuring a high-quality result.

We do not offer the option of doing your own placement in resin.

Water resin is a clear epoxy resin used in the artificial flower industry to create a realistic, crystal clear water look. Setting the flowers in resin adds to the realism of the arrangement as it looks just like they are sitting in fresh water.

Floral Trends do not offer stems loose. However, should you wish to discuss this option we are more than happy to talk about this with you.

We stock only the highest quality, artificial flowers and foliage. However, some flowers are more delicate than others and if not handled gently, a leaf or petal/flower may detach itself from a stem. These can often be popped back on to the stem by slotting it back into the hole in the leaf/flower. If not, sometimes they can be glued back on. We don’t anticipate this being a problem however, as we do only use quality products.

Our silk flowers are great for gift giving and we are more than happy to gift wrap, taking into account the size and shape of the arrangement.

 We can also include a hand written note according to the words that you wish to use. Or alternatively, if you would like to post a personal hand written note to us, we are very happy to include it for you.

We deliver Australia-wide, using a courier service. Please note that courier costs are an additional charge. Freight costs depend on weight/volume of your order and your location. We will always ensure that your freight costs are kept to a minimum.

All of our artificial flower bouquets and arrangements are made to order. Please note that all arrangements set in water resin have an up to a 2 to 3 week turnaround time to allow the water to set before shipping.

We ensure that our bouquets and arrangements are packed in such a way that they will not arrive damaged or crushed.

Since all products are made to order, all orders are final and we don’t accept returns or provide exchanges for change of mind. If you item arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include name, contact phone, order number and attach photo evidence and/or explain the damage. We will then contact you. Please note you may be asked to return the items to us for inspection.
